Key Skills to Master:

  1. Footwork Patterns
    • Slide Step: Quick lateral movement along the net

    • Crossover Step: For covering more distance

    • Drill: Practice 10 reps each direction daily

  2. Hand Positioning
    • Strong Hands: Fingers spread wide, palms facing opponent

    • Penetration: Reach 6-12 inches over the net
